Most products are in stock; however, availability and processing times may vary depending on the product and order quantity. Please contact us to confirm current availability and estimated lead times.

Shipping costs and delivery times are determined by the order size and destination. Large fence kits, posts, metal panels, and oversized products may require freight delivery or local pickup.

Local pickup is available by appointment. Please wait for pickup confirmation before arriving.

Please inspect your order upon delivery or pickup. Any visible damage, missing items, or incorrect products should be reported within 48 hours, along with photos of the product and packaging.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery or pickup. Products must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and in their original condition and packaging.

Please contact us before returning any product. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Custom-made, special-order, cut, modified, used, or installed products are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected.
